Cuisines of the Future: 5 Groundbreaking Dishes from Meraaki

If there is one thing that will stay relevant forever, it is reinvention. And, the restaurant industry is not untouched by this very idea. A little research and innovation expose a person to that level of creation and recreation required to be at the top. The reincarnation journey of food at Meraaki has been drawn from the thought:

‘Good food warms the heart and feeds the soul.’

If there exists an ocean of foods, then we aren’t focused on offering you everything; instead, we aim to provide food that will make a long-lasting impression on the customers. And Meraaki is not afraid of wiping the slate and starting from scratch to offer an entirely new menu. The dishes offered by Meraaki have become our customers’ favorites, and it would not be an exaggeration to call them the cuisines of the future. So, here are top 5 groundbreaking dishes from our menu that are genuinely making rounds.

Jacket Potato: A Unique Side Dish

Starting off with what can be the ‘Food of the Nation’- Potato, we thought of presenting this uniquely in our menu. And, it’s not the regular ‘Aloo chaat’ that you can get everywhere.

This dish is basically baked stuffed potatoes laced with butter along with a base of freshly prepared spicy tomato sauce. Not only this, the dish is customizable, and we offer four different filling options to customers.

Pav Bhaji: Fondue and Cigar

Inheriting a love for good and unique food, the founders of Meraaki wanted to offer a culinary experience that diners remember forever. A twisted combination of Samosas in flavours of Pav Bhaji rolled in the shape of cigars is our pav bhaji cigar. While cigars give you a ravishing taste of Indian flavours, Pav Bhaji Fondue offers you a Swiss twist to street-style Pav Bhaji dish. A bit of Indian and a bit of Swiss, PavBhaji fondue is exceptionally delightful and an accurate representation of gastronomic art.

Yaam Khao: A Rice Ball Salad

Have you heard of a salad with rice as the main ingredient? No, right? Rice is indeed a staple diet for Indians. But, what most people never thought is that it can be an excellent ingredient for salads as well. Taking inspiration from Thai households, Meraaki presents a very unique, spicy, and crunchy rice salad.

Nougatine Kulfi: Kulfi with an Interesting Twist

Perhaps, the most original ice-cream of India is – Kulfi. Meraaki came up with a twisted dessert of old styled kulfi dipped in chocolate and nougatine with a hint of old monk caramel sauce. Interesting. Isn’t it? This nougatine kulfi dessert is, in true essence, a global influence with local flavours.

Sushi: A Whole New Range

An array of vegetarian sushi is one of the most creative offerings at Meraaki. We are proud that our customers have showered their love to this segment. Sushi in Jaipur, especially when it is vegetarian was not a thing in the past. So, Meraaki came up with a wide range of sushi plates for customers looking for this Japanese delight.

These groundbreaking dishes from around the world made Meraaki enter to the list of the best restaurants in the country. But, it’s not just the food that has helped Meraaki to reach where it is today. It is the wholesome experience- the courteousness of the staff, the eye-catching décor, lush greenery, and everything that gives a sense of joy and mind-blowing feel to our customers.
