Because normal is boring, we thought of serving food that is true to its origin and is pretty hard-to-find in the city. From Pan-Asian to Mexican and Lebanese to Thai, we have covered everything.

The team at Meraaki built a comprehensive cascade plan, which included everything from robust analytics to customers feedback. The team gauged the effectiveness of dish by checking it against multiple parameters like what’s trending, feedback of customers on it, availability of ingredients, and lots more. Every dish, passed through a series of checkpoints to make into the menu.

Food Revival

It is certainly true that when customers have had the same meal again and again, they tend to get tired of eating it. Although keeping common dishes on the menu is deal, but we also decided to introduce fusion in those popular dishes to make the old dishes more refreshing.
